Hi, I’m Becca. I am a Salesforce administrator, analyst, and product owner entering the ecosystem after 20+ years in the hospitality industry with a specialty focus on healthcare and wellness service and education since 2013.
I am fully captivated by the business to end user paradigm altering capabilities that the Salesforce platform offers — the unified streams of data under a secure umbrella, the time saving workflow automations, the efficiency of internal and external collaboration, and the sustainable growth possibilities. Salesforce is everything I had wanted for my own small business and am thrilled to have access to now. I can’t be more enthusiastic about the usefulness and intelligence of this tool. I have a particular appreciation for the customizable configurations and adaptability aspects of this technology as I understand the importance of a business fulfilling their unique requirements to operate efficiently and ultimately provide a better service to end users.
During my career transition, from perinatal wellness business owner to Salesforce administrator analyst, I have harnessed my desire to improve accessibility to quality service into my work and training as a tech professional. Working through trailhead module after module, pursuing active team learning experiences to practice my skills, I continue to educate myself as much as I can on how I can leverage Salesforce features and functions. I strive to be a proficient, conscientious, and supportive administrator, analyst, and teammate. My belief that humanity in technology can be achieved drives the application of my services. My passion for positive user experiences and outcomes, strategic planning, access to important and beneficial information, security of private data, and efficiency in service truly comes through in the work that I do.
